END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO USERS:

This system is the private property of Liberty Tax, Inc. (“Liberty”). Liberty grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use this system for authorized use only. Liberty owns all rights to the system, data, files, network or other information used in this system. Users (authorized or unauthorized) have no explicit or implicit expectations of privacy. All existing laws (federal and state) apply to your use of this system, including not only those laws and regulations that are specific to computers, software and networks, but also those that may apply generally to personal conduct. Liberty internal regulations and policies apply to your use of this system. Additionally, all of Liberty’s regulations and policies apply to your use of this system including, but not limited to, the privacy policy . Any or all uses of this system and all files on this system may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to your employer, to authorized site, government, and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of government agencies, both domestic and foreign. By using this system, the user consents to such interception, monitoring, recording, copying, auditing, inspection, and disclosure at the discretion of such personnel or officials. Unauthorized or improper use of this system may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable statutes and administrative or disciplinary action, as appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liberty, disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, informational content or accuracy, title and non-infringement, with regard to this system.
